Our extraordinary year of impact
We’re so proud of the difference we’ve made in 2025 – changing the lives through the power of education. We’ve achieved this by:
- We’ve trained approximately 45,000 students with over 11,000 learners enrolling with us for the first time.
- VETASSESS conducted approximately 50,000 skills assessments this year.
- Changed almost 1,600 lives in Hume with the opening of the Health and Community Centre of Excellence.
- Partnered with Dhelkaya Health to open the new Learning Hub in Castlemaine, improving access to care and training in regional Victoria.
- Expanded educational opportunities through our upcoming Sunbury and Melton campuses, with the beginning of interim courses, bringing education closer to home for thousands of learners.
- A new AI pilot is underway to make the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process faster and more consistent, through VETASSESS.
- eWorks won two prestigious LearnX Awards, recognising excellence in digital learning design and social impact.
- Led innovation with Australia’s first hydrogen vehicle training pilot and electric motorcycle safety program.
- Prepared to empower learners with cutting-edge skills through TAFE’s first self-accredited Advanced Diploma of Digital Innovation.
- Bendigo Kangan Institute was named Australian Large Training Provider of the Year.
