START CONNECTIONS PREREQUISITES You may need to meet some entry requirements in order to enrol in one of our programs. These requirements vary for each course, but may include: • A minimum age (some courses require that you are over 18 so that you can legally work in the industry) • Satisfactory language, literacy and numeracy skills • A Police Check or a Working with Children Check (if you are working in an industry that has contact with children or the public) • Evidence of immunisations (if you are working in a health care environment) The prerequisites are not designed to be a blocker to entry in the course, but to ensure that you are compliant and ready to be employed in the industry once you complete your training with us.
