CULINARY CULINARY CERTIFICATE III IN COMMERCIAL COOKERY Course code SIT30816 Direct entry / Rolling enrolments for apprentices / February and July intake for classroom-based students This program is the industry qualification for a cook. You will learn to use a wide range of cookery skills, develop a sound knowledge of kitchen operations and build on your discretion and judgement. This qualification can only be studied as an apprenticeship. DURATION Full-time: 1 year Apprenticeship: 3 years PREREQUISITES There are no prerequisites for this course..
